TWO New Capote Reviews, at WSJ and New York Journal of Books

Wonderfully literate, insightful, thoughtful review of my Truman Capote book at the Wall Street Journal.  Click here.

Another outstanding, wide-ranging take on the book at the New York Journal of Books.  Click here.

  1. Hello Professor Schultz-

Your father is standing in front of me at the Belmont Library. I’d like to invite you to come speak to our Pageturners book club. We’re reading In Cold Blood and will be discussing it on this Wednesday, June 8th at 6:30 p.m. We’d be very interested in any insights you would share about Truman Capote. The Belmont Library is at 1038 SE Cesar Chavez Blvd.

I’m originally from Kansas, so I have a few Capote and Smith and Hickock stories to share.

    Best wishes-

    Bridget Cain-Bushman
    Belmont Library Administrator
